@karent768 are your calories set for breastfeeding? Maybe you're trying for too high of a deficit while your breastfeeding? Would upping your calories by 100-200 help?1

Exercise- walked 4km, but in 6 parts of approx 0.6-0.8 km each. Skipped yoga.
