Question/problem, my scale was lying to me last week! So I actually am at 220 rather than 210.

@fyik9hrd Are you saying you would like us to change the starting weigh-in for you? The spreadsheet currently says you started at 211.2. What should it be instead? (Also, how do you know your scale was lying? )

@Bechoe Great loss for the week! Also, we have your starting weight as 204 in the spreadsheet. Should we change it to 236 instead?

Finally went to the doctor today and got prescriptions for several things, but didn't get a chance to get them filled before the pharmacy closed. Bronchitis/ unspecified infection. I don't feel so terrible today, luckily.

    Maybe I'm on the mend!

    Hang in there!
I may need to follow suit! I’m 12 days into this sickness and not much better! The cough and congestion is fine at home, but heading back to clients and work tomorrow- ugh. Hoping to ramp up into a long walk tomorrow as temps will rise above sub zero! Happy New Year all!

I’m curious what your vast research says re: exercise whilst sick? Specifically related to chest congestion/bronchitis oriented illness. Thx!

@amynew4u 12 days - we're at about the same duration, I think. Good luck! I'm glad for you that you're still walking outside in the cold. I've been getting in daily warm walks outside before we head home, but no weights for most of this whole trip. I'm looking forward to being able to get some proper rest (it's one of those vacations that's not very restful!) and dropping this cough. Nights are the worst, and I barely slept last night. Ugh.

    AND I HAVEN'T BEEN EXERCISING.

NEED TO LOSE 1.7 POUNDS TO GET BACK TO MY DECEMBER 19TH WEIGHT.

@kkmark Great loss for the week! Actually, we have you down as 164 for the last week of December (and 163.5 for Week 3 of December) - so your loss for this week is even greater!
