NO SURPRISE THAT I AM UP AS I HAVE BEEN EATING SOME TREATS AND DESSERTS (E.G., NANAIMO BAR, SHORTBREAD COOKIES, SOMEONE'S HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES THAT WERE OOEEY GOOEY AND TO DIE FOR)
AND I HAVEN'T BEEN EXERCISING.
NEED TO LOSE 1.7 POUNDS TO GET BACK TO MY DECEMBER 19TH WEIGHT.

I gained 1 pound this week, but with the 3 day partying New Years Eve Camping trip we had, I am OK with a 1 pound gain. Now I am back to may normal eating and workout habits, that 1 pound will come off real soon.6 -

Very grateful for this challenge. I spent most of December getting back into regular exercise but most importantly tracking and realizing how many calories I was over. So hopefully January will see me more mindful as to what I eat and keeping a much closer eye than I have been in probably 18 months.
