    Goals/Day: Another fairly decent day. Tomorrow I am going to start the 16/8 intermittent fasting, to where I eat my foods within an 8 hr time frame, and fast for 16 hrs. For now, my goal is to give this a try for the whole week.

    Wow, I really have no idea what's going on. Just hoping it stays this way! :D

    Btw this was my first goal: to get under 70kg. Next goal is to get to 65, so I will have a normal BMI.

    Yesterday was a tough one, first day of my monthly and I was exhausted. I turned to fruit instead of sugar, but I struggled. Goal today is to be present and make good decisions.
