Track...kinda.. I tracked everything until I went to a diner with no nutrition facts. But I used a piece of advice I heard I think from Bob Harper, find the best thing on whatever menu you have. So if you're at a burger joint find the best option possible , if you're at Zaxby's find the best option possible. This way you never have to feel to restrict it if you're in unknown or unwanted territory. So with that being said I had the garlic hummus and veggie platter. It did have a few tortilla wedges on it but mostly carrots, cucumber, and celery.

Calories - 650 over Bailey's has a lot more calories than I realized. Plus it made me snack after midnight for the first time in 4 months.3 -
