    @mram3582,thank you so much for your willingness to come to my rescue.I have to realize that in order to break the viscious cycle of eating junk,I must refrain from buying it period(whether I am expecting to be snowed in or not)
    .I am going to start paying myself every time I get the urge to buy junk by putting the money is a special savings container and then depositing it in my savings account at the end of the month.[/quote

    Brilliant!! I am going to steal this idea too!

    @cindyk4919 I'm so glad that I don't have to shovel snow anymore! It is great exercise though!
    @TooMuchChocolate88 the sodium in bbq will definitely do that!

    Very nice! I did that too and after a year I had almost 100 euros... and new sport clothes, including new trainers :smile:
    Now you're motivating me to do it again, thanks :star:

    Has anyone found a good spice or herb that tastes great on practically everything and could be used instead of salt? That the #1 nutrient I struggle with the most. I don't like artificial/processed foods or spices, so I was hoping to find something wholesome and 'real'.

    @spinnerkind I'm afraid that I am going to be right there with you this week. I was out of town and then after I came back I wasn't very good either. Tuesday is the day of truth for me.
    @over_oxers Awesome sauce!
    @evangsimmons170 I am a huge fan of garlic and sage. I use it for almost everything. If I need something sweet, I go for the honey.
    @rekvar12 Great job staying under today!
    @mrs1spy Wowzers on 4hrs. worth of walking! Foot massage time!
    @eminater I understand the "so close" feeling. I am 2lbs away from my 100lbs drop and I am just....hovering...
