Hi teammates
Daily post: 20.01
Track: Yes
Calories: no
Exercise: 9km walk
I ate 250kcal breakfast and went to my friend's house for Sunday lunch. He is best cook ever. 4 hours later I walked home (in some places there was snow over knee hight!) and was quite happy with my calory intake as I calculated in my head. Later, filling in MFP diary, I discovered that it was 3000+kcal lunch wow ate nothing more today6 -

I haven’t been posting my daily posts for 2 weeks now and I’ve fallen WAAAAAYYYY off course. Between, a new job and a newly injured knee, I haven’t been as responsible as I was when I checked in with you guys daily. But I’m back!!!!
Besides swimming, what are some things I can do to get my cardio in without bending my knee?3 -

Week #4
Original starting weight: 273

This is a lot of water weight loss. I'm probably more like 230. I will probably gain next week. But it's fun to look at for now. I haven't been in the 220's for YEARS.

Even if it’s water weight, it’s weight you’re not carrying around anymore!!! Good job!

Lost close to nothing and realized that whenever I'm too buzy/lazy to fill my food diary and report daily, I fail
I gained .8 lbs this week, and I also was lazy with checking in and tracking my food! We’ll do better this week!
