    Hey y’all, I’m quite busy helping one of my daughter-in-laws who is struggling with a back problems and also has an eight, almost nine, month old baby. When I’m able I’ll write some catch up posts. But in the mean time I will read when I’m able. This little one is already very mobile and weighs around 20 pounds I was told. so I’m getting all kinds of exercise 💪🏃‍♀️exercise!

    PinkyPan, I do hope that your recovery is speedy. I’m sorry this injury is painful. Hugs 🤗.

    Ok I missed Move it Monday! Well, I didn't really miss it, I have just moved it to Saturday! :laugh: This has been a crazy week, but it should be the end of them for a while, so I am getting back on track! I need 16.5 miles to beat last January and I am going to get them!!!

    AnnofB In that Way Back Machine video, is that Linda on the left with the short blond curly hair? Her face is familiar, but I did not watch Leslie that far back. She looked familiar to me and I figure only you or Texasgardnr would know for sure if it was Linda.

    Pinky Oh my gosh how painful! Take care and do not over do OK?

    Texasgardnr Oh no I feel so sorry for your daughter-in-law as back problems and an active 8 month old are not a good combination. My daughter-in-law was 8 months pregnant over Christmas and even though my granddaughter is 4, I took over a lot of her care as she just exhausts her mother, who also has problems with her back right now. The good news is that chasing around children increases our milage substantially! :wink:

    My plan is to do 2 miles a day through the end of the month and then get back up to 3 so I shall be posting much more often again. I am in training for May when I go to Netherlands to help take care of what will then be my 5 year-old granddaughter and 8-10 week old grandson, as well as walking my beloved canals! I need my endurance and strength for that and I also need to be missing a few pounds!!! :grumble:

    I'm scratching my head, trying to figure out if that IS Linda. They certainly do have the same smile and way of moving. I hope Mary will be able to say for sure. I tried to search the cast of the video, but Leslie is the one person listed.

    Finishd the 4th week of the 6 week 2019 challenge,started following Leslies walking program back in Sept. Of 2018 but didnt do it every day, now i am doing it everyday,haven't lost any weight but i can tell that i am firming up.

    Welcome tonytama57! Keep going. Sometimes the measuring tape is a better judge than the scale. But, I know if you keep on your schedule, you are going to see the scale go in the right direction. :)

    1/23 This is Wake up and Walk #'s 1-5 and 1 Happy Mile then i added 6 mins of firm band stretches 10,000 steps already today
    1/24 Only 2 miles today for 52.6 miles for the month
    1/25 Rest Day (We have out of town company till Monday morning.)
    1/26 Only 2 miles today for 54.6 miles for the month (We have out of town company till Monday morning.) plus walking on the lake shore for 1.5 miles

    I actually managed to do a Move It Monday! :laugh: We are in the midst of a monster snow storm and then it is going to plunge below 0. I absolutely love this, so thank you Canada! We have had some snow, but then we get 40 degree temps and it melts and makes a mess. Canadian air will make sure we keep these 10 inches for awhile! :+1: It's energizing for sure!
