@sharpham42 that helps me too, I generally have less hunger when I exercise more. So I do a few walks a day.1 -

Exercise: Yes, 5000 steps at work plus 30 minutes on the exercise bike (6.7 miles). I had to cut my workout short....wasn't feeling well but I was glad I got a partial workout in.

My aide did not show up today so I did not eat my until late. I have really motivate myself to get out and do for myself no matter the pain when I'm by myself and not be so fearsome because that's all it is; fear of falling when I am all alone. Anyway I AM GLAD I did not succumb to ordering out but put my prep meal of veggie-turkey spaghetti in the microwave and viola dinner serve!2 -

Sorry I’ve been mia for a while, had a lot going on between assignments due and family drama. Glad I’ve maintained this week though. Hopefully going to Rome first week of March so going to try and be well into the 150’s so I can celebrate and eat what I want for a few days! Good luck for feb everyone2 -

I want to send a little encouragement your way for those members who have been working hard to eat less and burn those calories and then get on the scale and it doesn't MOVE, UGH! DON'T YOU HATE THAT!
Well I found this ONLINE that might explain what's may be happening and it's called the FAT WHOOSH. .
Could be one reason why water is so important, huh??
I hope this motivates you not to give up and keep on going as YOU GOT THIS!
