So you know sometimes you have those foolish moments here's mine:
Praise'm it's me again so I'm about to refill my water container for the 2nd time and something told me to check the bottom to make sure I'm calculating the correct amount of ounces of water intake and guess what? YEP I'VE BEEN MISCALCULATING 32oz instead of 56.8oz big DIFFERENCE. . .a Duh moment for me🙄🙄😂😂😂

Gosh. Yesterday was hard. I did increase my water intake, but a bunch of people brought food at night and that killed my calorie count and track. Well today is a new day.3 -

My aide did not show up today so I did not eat my until late. I have really motivate myself to get out and do for myself no matter the pain when I'm by myself and not be so fearsome because that's all it is; fear of falling when I am all alone. Anyway I AM GLAD I did not succumb to ordering out but put my prep meal of veggie-turkey spaghetti in the microwave and viola dinner serve!

Last month was an up and down rollercoaster for me. I let people in my family dictate how I did things and made me feel like my way was wrong. This month I’m determined to do what I need to do for myself and stop letting others effect me!

Sorry I’ve been mia for a while, had a lot going on between assignments due and family drama. Glad I’ve maintained this week though. @vicky2767 im not sure yet. Will change things up day to day to keep things interesting. Nothing worse for a diet than getting bored with the food you eat. Continuing to try to keep the carbs lower and see how things turn out!

Awww I'm so sorry for your poor pup--- maybe if you put treats going up the ramp into the house he'll want to go up it? 🤔🤷🏻♀️🐾❤️ I hope he heals up well and fast. Very stressful when your fur baby is sick, so I feel for ya--- and yeah, it doesn't help your stress level and diet at all too--- it's difficult---but hang in there.0 -

My legs were soooo tired from yesterday's walk. If I'd realize it earlier I wouldn't go on a long walk today again (from my house to office) in winter storm. Luckily there is no bus stops inbetween so I had to finish the route. Only other option would've been taxi. I won can't say that too often

I'm still recovering from the stomach virus issues that I had yesterday. I lost 3 1/2 lbs between yesterday morning and this morning. I feel better today .....just weak. Hope to get back at it tomorrow.
