Calories: no, but I think that not too much over
    Exercise: Walked 9km today

Took afterwards nice, hot, long bath with Magnesium and was watching TV. Saw Undressed Australia, where people take clothes off on their 1st date in front of cameras. :o Though they don't have picture-perfect bodies, they all seemed so beautiful. What a courage & body-positivity! I'd never be able to do smth like that... bath and feelings after long walk was nice, though :)

    GOOD MORNING TEAM SLIMSONS!
    WELCOME TO DAY 2

We have been talking about how important water is to our weight loss for months....

Remember WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER AND I AM ROOTING FOR YOU GUYS!! :D:)

    Make it a beautiful day!
    Regards,
    Glorious Gloria

You are GLORIOUS! o:) Thanks for this ---a great one--- I have doubled my water as one of my focus goals the past two months (with difficulty as I find it soooo hard to drink water during the winter)... and I feel better and think it has helped me lose more weight. Will post my ounces of water each day!

    HAPPY MONDAY ALL! <3:)

Yesterday was super busy and I didn’t check in. Soooo much to catch up on. Saw lots of great losses. Great job everyone!!!!!!!

So my husband and I started a lower carb diet last week. We both did very well. I had friends come into town thurs and they went home early yesterday. And even with eating out with them I did ok. I definitely went over, but if I got a hamburger I would eat it without the bun (stuff like that) so I did ok. But man for Super Bowl yesterday- it was NOT good. Lol. But back to what we started last week with watching our carbs.

So proud of the changes you are making. This is what I did myself and I have been dropping more than gaining. So you may have some slip ups here and there but as longs as you are on track 90% of time you're going to see changes but best of all you have a partner to support that's always extra motivation.

    Thank you

Morning all. My name is Sandy and I’m a newbie and I really want to meet my goal of loosing 50 lbs this year. My motto is it didn’t take one day to put all my added weight on and it’s not going to come off in a day either. I look forward to this challenge

    Welcome

I’m still coughing from being sick a couple of weeks ago. I’m going to focus on walking this week and hope I can get back to running (slowly) next week.

Me too. Tomorrow is supposed to be 72 here so I’m hoping I can at least go for a walk.

@sharpham42 that helps me too, I generally have less hunger when I exercise more. So I do a few walks a day.

Happy Manic Monday! It was definitely a manic one. Not only was work was crazy but took dog to vet because he just started limping thought it could be a sprain but it was a break so the poor thing is in a cast for at least a month. Needless to say that I had not stuck to my diet any all today worried about him. But he is doing fine now resting. My fiancé and I built a ramp for him which he is scared of so...hoping he will warm up to it in a little bit.

Oh my Missy, you have a lot going on, but I have no fear you always persevere so you'll be back on track soon :D soon Praying your doggie feels better :(

My aide did not show up today so I did not eat my until late. I have really motivate myself to get out and do for myself no matter the pain when I'm by myself and not be so fearsome because that's all it is; fear of falling when I am all alone. Anyway I AM GLAD I did not succumb to ordering out but put my prep meal of veggie-turkey spaghetti in the microwave and viola dinner serve!

I want to send a little encouragement your way for those members who have been working hard to eat less and burn those calories and then get on the scale and it doesn't MOVE, UGH! DON'T YOU HATE THAT!
Well I found this ONLINE that might explain what's may be happening and it's called the FAT WHOOSH. .

Could be one reason why water is so important, huh??

I hope this motivates you not to give up and keep on going as YOU GOT THIS!
