Not only was work was crazy but took dog to vet because he just started limping thought it could be a sprain but it was a break so the poor thing is in a cast for at least a month. Needless to say that I had not stuck to my diet any all today worried about him. But he is doing fine now resting. My fiancé and I built a ramp for him which he is scared of so...hoping he will warm up to it in a little bit.

    Awww I'm so sorry for your poor pup--- maybe if you put treats going up the ramp into the house he'll want to go up it? 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️🐾❤️ I hope he heals up well and fast. Very stressful when your fur baby is sick, so I feel for ya--- and yeah, it doesn't help your stress level and diet at all too--- it's difficult---but hang in there.

    My legs were soooo tired from yesterday's walk. If I'd realize it earlier I wouldn't go on a long walk today again (from my house to office) in winter storm. Luckily there is no bus stops inbetween so I had to finish the route. Only other option would've been taxi. I won B) can't say that too often ;)

    @vicky2767 im not sure yet. Will change things up day to day to keep things interesting. Nothing worse for a diet than getting bored with the food you eat. Continuing to try to keep the carbs lower and see how things turn out!

    Last month was an up and down rollercoaster for me. I let people in my family dictate how I did things and made me feel like my way was wrong. This month I’m determined to do what I need to do for myself and stop letting others effect me!

    Let’s do february (:

    @rawrxamberx It's easier said than done, but you can't let others run YOUR life, you have to do you, and that's really all you can do.

    Exercise: Yes. Did a workout dvd today. 52 mins of cardio focused on legs and glutes but also had upper body toning, ab work and aerobics. I had to take breaks but I finished!

    Goals: Need to down some more water everyday and continue getting enough sleep.
