    Great attitude - seeing that slight increase can be a discouraging thing, but you seem like you handled it great and are motivated to continue. I’m sure you’ll see the results you desire when you “stay the course and be patient” as you said.

    I'm sorry i've been sick and i'm not used to posting an update to anyone!

    No change, but i've had some really big water weight fluctuations so I am not concerned. I weight and track everything.
    I'll do better about posting next week!

    Exercise: Yes, it took me 40 mins of running around, turning out boxes of cables and faf to find the power lead for the treadmill, then I dropped it on my hand :weary: still managed to run off the calories I had gone over baseline (as hubby made me a big dinner and I didn't want to be ungrateful!).

    Hi Everyone my name is Kaycee and this is my second month in this challenge. I lost about 15lbs in January and I hope to lose more in Feb. I have been trying to lose weight since I had my first child or maybe before, but over the past few years I have been at my highest. This year I plan to take back control and get to a normal BMI. I had planned on incorporating exercise last month, but never got there. this month I will do my best to add at least 20 mins of exercise to my day. I have set myself a reward/punishment plan for this year. I am not allowing my self to go to Disney until I am under 200 lbs. So fingers crossed I can achieve this by Summer otherwise I may lose my mind...lol:)

    I started strong with this group in December but quickly lost focus. Trying to do the mini-challenges to stay on track!
