Up a little, but feel like it is not a true gain. I was down two days ago and have not eaten enough to gain. Oh well, I will just stay the course and be patient. And drink lots of water...
Great attitude - seeing that slight increase can be a discouraging thing, but you seem like you handled it great and are motivated to continue. I’m sure you’ll see the results you desire when you “stay the course and be patient” as you said.3 -

Good morning, team The Big Butt Theory!! I have some good news to share....@pkg1998, Pam, has stepped forward and volunteered to be our team's co-captain!! She will be a great asset in helping to keep all of us motivated, and in helping to enter weights in case of technical issues (they all seem to be resolved, except my home page) or vacation. So, thank you very much, Pam, for stepping forward!! Now, back to the business of losing weight!!

Exercise: Yes, it took me 40 mins of running around, turning out boxes of cables and faf to find the power lead for the treadmill, then I dropped it on my hand still managed to run off the calories I had gone over baseline (as hubby made me a big dinner and I didn't want to be ungrateful!).3 -
Hi Everyone my name is Kaycee and this is my second month in this challenge. I lost about 15lbs in January and I hope to lose more in Feb. I have been trying to lose weight since I had my first child or maybe before, but over the past few years I have been at my highest. This year I plan to take back control and get to a normal BMI. I had planned on incorporating exercise last month, but never got there. this month I will do my best to add at least 20 mins of exercise to my day. I have set myself a reward/punishment plan for this year. I am not allowing my self to go to Disney until I am under 200 lbs. So fingers crossed I can achieve this by Summer otherwise I may lose my mind...lol:)

MINI CHALLENGE

Went to sea world today with the family. Lots of walking and carrying my 4 year old on my shoulders while walking about half the time . Walked the dogs, walked the kids, walked myself, walked everyone everywhere!!!!
Several NSVs today
1 - walked a theme park with kids and had energy when I got home.
2 - realized padding in backpack straps are necessary (no more built in padding anymore
3 - wasn’t over the weight or size limit for anything
4 - complimented by my neighbor on my weight loss and he said it’s motivated him to start exercising again.5 -

I was offered a ticket to a suite at the Sixers game and I knew there would be food there. So I made sure I got to the gym as soon as I was done work to have a huge calorie deficit. I went there with over 1200 calories left. And when I got there I ate mostly salad, sushi and chicken! Ok ... I had one cookie ... but I figured one wouldn’t hurt with all of the other good decisions I made.
