I was disappointed to realize how 'strenuous' it was for my treadmill walk. I had a small incline and tried to vary the speed (averaged 3.6 mph, including warm up and cool down) - was surprised how much I was 'glistening'.
I expect to be spending a lot of time sitting in traffic today. We have freezing rain and I have to drive back and forth across the city.
You may be disappointed in how strenuous the workout was, but I am sure you feel proud that you did it!! Drive carefully in this freezing rain nonsense!!1 -

Exercise...it's great for your heart, lungs, muscles, mind AND it allows you to eat more food!! A win/win!!

Now that I’m in a good rhythm during the weekdays I am feeling good again. I have been weighing myself daily as well and am hoping for a good weigh-in Friday. But honestly I probably gonna lose it if I go yet another week in a row without a nice one.

My youngest turned 4 today. Worked out hard and saved calories — had 2 pieces of cakeEnded up having way more carbs than usual today ( and sugar). My stomach is a bit upset from the cake and I feel like I’ve retained ALL of the water in the world from the excess carbs today.
If I wasn’t keeping track of food and exercise (CICO) I would have thought I totally failed today. I may be bloated and need some tums, but apparently I’m still doing it right2 -
