I was so low on my steps, I had to walk to the gym after dinner, braving treacherous icy sidewalks and spent an hour walking on the boring treadmill!2 -
@HASWLRS, would I be able to use my last weeks weigh in. I just arrived back home. I’ve been at my daughters watching my grandkids, my daughter had to go away on an unexpected business trip.
I’m not going to weigh in for a couple days, . I’ll be back on track tomorrow with logging the mini challenge too,0 -

This week has been pretty solid overall. I have another elliptical session planned for tomorrow morning before work.
I will be going to my boyfriends for the night into Sunday, as it is the only day we get to spend time together because we live an hour apart and we have pretty conflicting work schedules.
I have been under every day except for Sunday, so I am looking forward to the pizza we will be having tomorrow night, and my wine that I have planned! I am sure I will still be under for the day, but it is nice to be rewarded for all the hard work we put in! I will be checking in tomorrow at some point 😊 keep up the awesome work everyone!3 -

It’s okay to feel disappointed, but also to understand what you can do different to make things better next week. Sounds like you have an idea of what changes you need to make - it’s just a matter of implementing them. You can do it.2 -

No change. Not sure what’s going on I weigh every ridiculous thing that I put in my mouth and workout five days a week. I can only hope it’s water weight.1 -

I have been busy all week and my participation all around has been down, I am looking to change that next week (I have more then I can chew on my plate...which is my fault but that's why I haven't been around)
A mini update I have been working out for the majority of the week but have been slightly annoyed with my steps. I realized if I do a 90 min workout, it doesn't record nearly as much steps as it would have if I had walked the whole time. I know this may be obvious but I am an active cardio and strength type of person and to stop those for walking is time consuming and rough. My eating this week on the other hand, has not been on point. It's probably the worst week I have seen yet.

I have had enough!! I will be preparing my foods and pre logging to be sure...no more eating all Willy nilly.
Having said all that, I had an early morning this morning and was unable to weigh in so if it is possible to cross over my last week weight that would be great.
