Today was a snow day and all three kids and hubby were home. I got to sleep in but then it was constant mom, mom the rest of the day. Hubby worked from home so I had solo kid duty. We made cookies and unfortunately, they were amazing and I ate a ton!!!1 -

You're so welcome. I figured I'd use my own personal experience because I'm sure I'm not the only one who is struggling. I think sometimes when we are in these groups; even though we say it over and over not to compare ourselves to others, we still kinda do and find ourselves intimidated by how well others are doing. I think the reason I am sorta kinda on track now is cause I am keeping my focus on me while cheering on my team members.
So no matter your struggles I am ROOTING FOR YOU and encouraging you to keep on striving forward towards your personal goals!2 -

Comments: Good day, glad it's a de-load week, I've been feeling a bit fatigued so that's helping also it's helping me to eat a little less this week, which is great because I need to prepare for the feast that will accompany the celebration of my 33rd year on this planet...friday.

TODAY'S MOTIVATION TIP: DON'T GIVE UP
So I had a miserable day yesterday no matter how much I tried to keep my focus on how far I've come I still wound up giving to over eating in Pizza yesterday. But I am not throwing in the towel, I am choosing to use this experience as a stepping stone to strengthen my mind and body to be more determined so the next time I won't give in.
I am sharing this with you guys #1 to be honest and #2 to motivate everyone that we all may fall off at one point but don't stay down get right back up and keep striving for purpose.
Kinda scare to get on the scale to see what damage I did but these are the consequences right

Comments: Been super hungry the last two days--- so I have not been able to stick to my 5/2 IF days at all this week and yesterday I ended up eating past my 16/8 window and although I was under calories (bc of my workouts) I was over my goal calories at the end of the night (and macros) I am hoping that I don't have another gain this week, but the snow storm is NOT helping much.
I am trying 10/14 so far seams to be working Great workout1 -

Comments: Been super hungry the last two days--- so I have not been able to stick to my 5/2 IF days at all this week and yesterday I ended up eating past my 16/8 window and although I was under calories (bc of my workouts) I was over my goal calories at the end of the night (and macros) I am hoping that I don't have another gain this week, but the snow storm is NOT helping much.
And one of my least favorite things in this world is snow, literally might have to go crazy and say that I despise it, or hate it with the fire of 1000 suns, and it never fails, I get it for my birthday...they're suggesting I might wind up with 1-3 inches of the white stuff from hell for my birthday thus wrecking all of my plans, once again, so there's that. Maybe you could use the snow you have for a workout?! Shoveling snow or building something made of snow.....perhaps? Me personally, I tend to look out my window and curse it rather than building things with it, and then go outside grumbling and curse it while shoveling it. But that's me lol.
😂🤣 I hate snow tooo!!!!❄️🥶❄️🙅🏻♀️ so that's the first reason I think that I want to eat, and February/March are my toughest months bc of the weather--and also, yes, I think all of the new workouts I am now taking on is making me want more food. I know I am building more muscle bc I can see it 👀😃🙌😆 and I could not do the squat lunge track in my body pump class (alternating squat with lunge on one side of the body with a weight fast pace) 3 weeks ago when they released it--now I can do it with the heaviest plate🏋🏻♀️💪🏻🙌 (CAN I GET A WHEEEHOOOP?!!!!!👏😂) so that's an NSV, at the least ,even if I do gain again.
I try to focus on how I feel most of all--- and I'm not going to freak over the scale. Plus I am going on vacation in a week and Lord knows I will come back with an 8lbs+ gain from all that ALL inclusive foodzzz!😵😱🤭🤫😯😬✨✨😂
AND I hope they are wrong about the storm on Friday for your 🎁🎈🎂BIRTHDAY🎉🎊🎈--- we are supposedly getting hit too. ☹️🥺😩0 -

I LOVE snow. I miss it so much living down here in the south. What I REALLY detest is weather above 90 degrees with high humidity. Give me snow any day. If I had a ton of money I would get a house in the mountains to get away from the crazy heat down here in the summers.

Some progress. I am glad. I am still having GI problems and I have a CT scan tomorrow for it. Hopefully they will figure out what is going on because I haven't been able to workout like I usually do. In general I feel crappy. The plus side is that I'm on my period and I haven't bloated like crazy.5 -
