After losing barely anything the last 2 weeks...this 2.4lbs feels like a huge victory. Yesterday I finally got back on the treadmill and actually ran too. Forgot how that felt and am going to get back on it today. Waiting for this snowstorm to start, making a big pot of Chicken chili in my slowcooker. I also started some strength exercises yesterday too. Hope everyone has a fabulous week.2 -

Thank you! I finally got back into the 150s since Sunday. So I'm happy with progress. It's a slow go and I know from experience you just have to keep going and hopefully the good days outweigh the bad.

So 1.5lbs off this week. I'm a little bit disappointed as I felt I'd done better, but its better than a kick in the pants!

Exercise didn't get out for a long walk today but still everything I did do I made sure I walked to and from so still hit 11k steps.
Goal to hit 10k tomorrow even though I have a 250 mile round trip during the day. So let's see what we can do. Have a good day everyone

Hang in there! Food is EVERYWHERE..its hard to say no all the time. Im trying really hard and there is nothing easy about it.
I made a cake for my girls Sunday. Came out beautiful but I ate 1 piece and saved it for them. And thats unusual for me.
We're food network junkies so they are into the kids baking championship so they had a craving for cake.
