TODAY'S MOTIVATION TIP:
LOVE YOURSELF
As we end the 2nd week of this challenge let's remember to stay positive and rejoice in all you've accomplished this week. I am sure there may have been some set backs or you feel you didn't reach all your goals, please don't dwell on those things but lift yourself up and congratulate yourself on what you did accomplish. What NSVs did you achieve? How did you show love to yourself this week? These things are very important because when your confidence is high you will do more and achieve more in this process and may have less failures over time.
MY CHALLENGE TO YOU: today before you close your eyes write 10 things you accomplished this week and 5 things you are looking to accomplish next week. They can be big or small things only you can decide. 👍🏾👍🏾
One of my accomplishments is I exercise at 2x this week. I am looking forward to exercising at 3x-4x next week.

I’m sorry gang, I let the team down this week. I do take this as kind of a minor win personally though, since I had such a lousy week. By Tuesday, I was back above 260 from all of the work-stress eating I did since the previous weigh in. So ending up only a pound up was actually a relief to me. Thanks to the team for the encouragement to help me get back on track!
The positive is you got back on track and lost that extra 4lbs thats a big accomplishment so CELEBRATE YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT 🎉🎉2 -

So actually that's a yes for exercise as it takes a lot of energy to go shopping I know cause I can't do it myself anymore. A lot of strenuous exercise is needed to move furniture also so I'll say you got a good workout in.👍🏾👌🏾1 -

Hmm chocolate sounds about good. When I have a craving I eat the Lindt 70% or more dark chocolate and I may eat one tonight. Hope you have a WONDERFUL vacay1 -
