I want to apologize for last week - I am pretty sure I never posted since I was sick sick sick on Saturday (my weigh in day) and I don't recall posting late. Last week results would have been very skewed anyway do to illness (and they were)

So anyway - here are this weeks results.

    Saturday weigh ins
    Last post: 130.2 I believe
    This week 128.6

@kc9agz, Well, for starters, I'm glad that you are still with us!! So sorry to hear that you were so, so sick! I hope you are feeling better now! A one and a half pound loss on the scales will definitely help your outlook!! Well done, even if it was illness related.

    MINI CHALLENGE
    DATE: Satday, February 23, 2019

    Under calories: Yes
Exercises: Yes - 25 minutes medium effort elliptical / 10 minutes stretching / 1 hour chopping wood

Ok, I’ve got an extra 900 calories I can eat tonight due to insane wood chopping and not feeling hungry. So the question is...Who wants to buy them?!?! .10 cents per calorie, any takers  how much is that extra slice of pizza worth to you! :)

Seriously though, could you imagine if you could trade calories with other people and have it work. Forget bitcoin, this would be the ultimate new world currency.

Very insightful, Mike! Just curious, how do you measure your burn from chopping wood?

I use my Fitbit. From running the numbers it overestimates by approx 20%. So MFP shows Fitbit says I’m on track to burn about 5000 calories today which would put me at eating 4000. Based on food logs and how much weight I’ve loss since I got the Fitbit I’m actually on track to burn about 4000, which means I get a lovely 3000 calories today. Anyway, I love figuring stuff like that out. That’s how I get the estimated calorie burn overall and for my hour of chopping wood. :)

No worries, Steph. It is only a little bit up. Next week you'll bring that number back down!

@Jl20alon2564, yes this is the final weigh-in for the February Challenge. Nine point eight pounds....oh, so close to ten!! Maybe you can lose point two between now and the 28th and pretend the February Challenge was the calendar month?!! All kidding aside, you had a great four weeks!! Congratulations!!

Sooo close! I’m eating some different foods (more carb heavy) and having a hard time staying under calories. It’s not bad. I’m over by 30 tonight so still in a large deficit. Just tricky to get that full feeling with carbs that aren’t veggies. I need to make dinner or lunch my chicken and veggies only meal.
