    Happy to be off from work tomorrow, but not looking forward to any more snow!!! Didn't get as many steps as yesterday, but feel like I've done a ton! My boyfriend is in Georgia visiting his uncles, so I may head to the gym if the weather isn't terrible!

    So hard to make a healthy portion choice when you know you’re going to go over calories no matter what. Had 100 calories left for dinner due to high calorie snacking while out today. It was a struggle to not just eat whatever and stick to my healthy 400 calorie veggie heavy dinner. I did, so yay for overall healthy habits even if I didn’t reach my deficit goal today.

    @mikea2g, that is huge!! Not throwing in the towel when you know you are already over!! Well done!! Oh, and a Ladybug Festival sounds super cute!!

    Exercise: 35 min Wii Just Dance

    Saturdays we take the kids out to dinner so I usually just count it as a cheat day and go wayy over calories. Like binge and don't even track anything. This time I tried to focus more on just a cheat meal so I was on track most of the day but I enjoyed my dinner and treat. We'll see if that helps with cravings during the week.
