We went to Olive Garden for lunch, and I got a low cal shrimp scampi pasta (less than 500 cal.) so I was proud of myself. I usually want lasagna or shrimp Alfredo, but chose smart. We went to a play and arcade place with our kids and my mom after that, which was tons of fun! The killer was dinner 🤦Was a little over on calories after date night at one of our favorite Cajun spots, but not too horrible. I splurged since we rarely get to go there since it isn't close to our residence, but was in path from my in-laws after dropping the kids off.
I see everyone making some awesome SV and NSV accomplishments and everyone is doing an amazing job! It really is motivation to see all of the positivity and progress in this group!4 -

I got into the gym early today... usually my son comes with me to Body Combat, but today he had a Robotics event, so Hubby and the boys went that way---I went to the gym.

I want to log what I had, but I was at a party and they had things I didn't know how to log. I had pizza and soda bread, which I logged.
They made that punch with sherbet, but I don't know what recipe they used. I had maybe 15 oz of that. Plus a little dessert bar the size of a small post it. Haha
it was literally bite sized.... no idea how to log thay either. Plus about 6 or 7 frito chips. I had 190 cals left after the soda bread and pizza to apply to those things. I am guessing I went over, but have no idea.
It was a fun party, and I spent most of it taking pics and videos of my daughter and nieces dancing and playing. I wasn't even that tempted to eat more food. I am so focused on my weight goals right now, that all the other treats, snacks, etc, didn't even register with me. 😊1
