Calories - under by 150 including exercise, mainly because I included calories from 2 hours of "cooking, food preparation" in my exercise. Was standing for 6 hours actually (as part of a homeless cooking/serving event), but I didn't add 6 hrs on mfp because I doubt if it's possible to lose that many
Oh, and I also had burger and fries for dinner because this event + all the other exercise yesterday made me incredibly hungry and confident that I deserved it. Ended up feeling too full and I slept bad in the end. Also I hope my weight doesn't go up too much in Monday
Exercise - 45 minutes run, 4km walk and the aforementioned 6hr standing if it counts!
Goal for the next week(s): Remember how I felt AFTER the burger and fries binge and do not repeat!

Exercise: I got up to get more food, went to pee twice, and reset the router twice. My eyes are going to bleed.

Sorry I'm a little late in weighing in. Were on vacation atm and i had to use a scale in a supermarket XD6 -
I need to get my weekends under control. That's usually when we eat out with friends, attend get togethers, etc. I'm up 2 lbs from the weekend. I know some of it's water but not all. I did not watch what I was eating or even think about drinking water. A bit disappointing. I just need to refocus.3
