Looking back at old pictures motivates me more than anything! I don't want to let myself get like that ever again.
I chuckled a bit. Looking back at old pictures makes me remember a better me and that's what I'm striving to accomplish.
Of course there was a time in my life that I was happy with my body but its been a long time until now.. Lol I guess that can go both ways! Either way, looking back at pics does help 😊1 -

Calories - 412 over and lots of carbs. Breakfast just doesn't work for me. End up eating more carbs and then craving for carbs all day I need to get back to my earlylunch/fruit/gooddinner routine which worked well the past months.
