NSV...I went to a restaurant with no nutrition information. I was kind of myself because I got something I wanted but I listen to my Hunger cues and check my fullness so I didn't eat all of it.2 -

@rekvar12 Rut Row....Yeah, I hate the carb crave crash! Routines make all the difference, but can also hinder you when you can't follow them. It just throws you all off for days!3 -

I wasn't sure if I would lose this week as I haven't been doing much exercise as the previous weeks so I am really happy with this loss :-)

Very pleased with that especially considering I probably had around 1000 calories for dinner last night (it was take out so I couldn't find info for the exact item I had so I tried to log as close as I could get). Some of this was probably water weight from last weeks less than ideal food choices.
I'll try to get back into doing the daily posts too, as I've not been very active here after a hectic few weeks!
I've also dropped a dress size, and my body fat % is down from 31.1% at the end of July to 25.1% a few days ago so progress is definately being made!7 -
I forgot to post this last night. It wasn't the best day.
