Exercise: Yes 80 minute boxing and functional training class. Was another killer of a class and starting to really hate burpees and squats but afterwards you cant beat the feeling of achievement.4 -

Last week was a terrible week for tracking and staying under. There was a birthday lunch for a family member and cake was involved. We also went to a family BBQ over the weekend. I did exercise everyday except Thursday. So, I am happy to have not gained any weight.
@brandi_84, you did enough exercise to mitigate any gains, so you should be happy with that!! Hopefully there are no more family celebrations this week so you can get back to the task of losing weight!!3 -
