Yesterday, I did go out to eat. I checked the nutrition and the meal I ordered was about 1,000 calories. I ate half and brought the rest home for dinner. So, I was able to stay under calorie goal. I also skipped the dessert, even though the chocolate mousse cake did sound really good.
Since I have been cooking and eating most meals at home and resisting the drive thru I have noticed the foods at restaurants are almost unbearably salty. Anyone else notice that?7 -

Check out craigslist or fb marketplace. I got a garmin activity tracker through fb marketplace for $10 about 2 years ago and it is still working great for him.2 -

You should definitely get the Fitbit brand if you need the team camaraderie/competition aspect. And I could use another teammate 😁. But as someone already said you can easily find a used one on Craigslist or within the Facebook yardsale pages. People are constantly upgrading and selling their old ones for cheap.1 -

Brought subway for my lunch at work tonight, and splurged on a coke and classic lays... it feels so awesome to NOT eat the whole footlong/drink/chips in one sitting, and to enjoy the second half of it after work!
A lot of my coworkers have been mentioning my loss, and I'm amazed that people are noticing! I barely can see it, but sometimes I notice it... it feels great!6 -
