    Calories - 50 over

    Thanks @mram3582. Once again I ate out a lot last week and did a lot of emotional eating too. There were a lot of negative things said to me this week. But I've regrouped and spent yesterday refocusing on what's important. I've concluded that I will not give anyone the power to define me. What people say about me does not make it reality. The only person that needs to have that much power over me is God Almighty! So I've gotten my head back in the zone. So let me change my statement from refocusing on WHAT'S important to refocusing on WHO is important. Jesus and my relationship with Him are the most important things to me. I can't worry about all the other distractors.

    April Week 2
    Sunday
    Previous Weight: 220
    Current Weight: 220.4

    Up a bit but after taking a week off from working out and I’m pleased it’s not worse.

    I pulled a muscle in my back and have spent the last few days moving as little as possible. Today was the first morning I was able to get up without groaning in pain. On the plus side, I had a great reason to do nothing but read and binge watch The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina! >:)

    @sjuleesia Awesome weigh in!
    @LenGray Yes it does!! Adds up quick!
    @WA_Teacher You now have me contemplating pulling a muscle....I just need to time it with the release of the new Terry Brook's book. I hope that you feel better soon!
    @porkchopsandapple You're the winner!! (How many of you read that in Mario's voice?)
    @Ketch_22 Yeah, but that yard work is going to pay off big time soon!
    @rekvar12 No dessert is worth eating unless it is at least 600 calories. Great job staying under with that!
    @dielithium super duper day!

    Thanks and I recommend faking the injury the day before the release. I DONT recommend the pulled muscle...it still hurts when I sneeze or take a deep breath. I'm not familiar with Terry Brook. What genre does he/she write? I'm am a fantasy and sci-fi reader and can always add a new series to my reading list.🤓

    @leni1us perfect day!
    @WA_Teacher Terry Brooks is fantasy/sci-fi. The Shannara series is one of the largest series that I know. You're suppose to start with the Sword of Shannara (which is identical to LOTR) but he does get original in the rest of the books. He started writing back in the 70's. The Heritage of Shannara is my fave part of the series.

    Weekly weigh-in

    Last Monday: 67.3 kg (148.37 lb)
    Today: 67 kg (147.71 lb)

    I expected more, especially since for the first time in months, my weekly net calories was slightly under last week.
