    It was a pretty bad day. I hit a real slump and spent 90% of the day on my couch eating takeout food and crying. BUT unlike the past, I’m not going to let this bad day define me and stop me from carrying on altogether.

    In the words of Sixx AM: “We all know that accidents can happen and it’s alright, we all fall off the wagon sometimes. It’s not your whole life, it’s only one day, you haven’t thrown everything away.”

    So back at it today, no blame, no worries.

    Sorry you had a bad day😥😥 but I'm so glad you're not letting it end your progress. It happen and ee just need to move forward. ROOTING FOR YOU SO STAY POSITIVE AND KEEP PUSHING YOURSELF YOU GOT THIS!!👍🏾👍🏾💪🏽💪🏽👍🏾👍🏾

    Feeling better today. I started taking allergy medicine + I think the rain here yesterday helped with the pollen

    Awesome Awesome NSV isn't a great feeling to shop for clothes and found out you dropped a size or two!? I know you guys are going to be super stoked on your vacation. I pray you guys have an awesome time.

    I started off the day counting all the things. Then cookies happened. And other things..... I may have eaten some feelings today... not proud of it, but tomorrow is another day.

    Lol. . .when moments like these happen enjoy, wallow for a minute about giving in and then return your focus to your goals since you can't change what happen focuc on the positive of what you will do going forward and hopefully next time you'll be stronger and at least eat less of those cookies you did yourself

    I expected this. Have been struggling this past month. But seeing all of you with your successes and even with your weaknesses has really helped. I am not the only one who struggles. We may be at different points on our journeys but we are in this together. So thank you to everyone for helping me to finally be able to refocus. I’m ready !!!!! Bring on the rest of April.

    I love that quote---- but sorry you had a tough day emotionally--- it was a nasty weekend here too.... and you are so right, with a great attitude too-- we can do this!!

    Only 6 pounds left to goal weight!!!

    You are so determined and dedicated and CONSISTENT!! WTG.... you are truly inspiring!

    Sorry guys it's not been a great week after receiving some bad news.

    But then my dietician informed me she is referring me to tier 3 weight loss team and recommending surgery so I am determined to show her that if I do have to have the surgery I won't ruin it by still having these bad eating habits.

    Exercise - some walking/hiking in the nice weather.

    Goals this week - Exercise =2x cardio, 2x strength, stretching everyday. Diet = get my fish, water and plants in.

    Intermittent Fast? 17 hrs
    Exercise? 40 min walk, will aim for 10000 steps as it's Sunday (weekday goal is 15000)
    Water? 8 cups
    Sleep? 7 hours

    Happy Sunday! Tonight I'll be meal prepping for tomorrow and loosley pre-logging my week. It worked so well for me last week that I'll definitely do it again :)
