    Feeling a little overwhelmed with my emotions at the minute and when this happens this is when my food starts going wrong and I just binge and eat everything.
    Feel like I’m having a battle with myself in my head of whether to just eat it and let go or not. I know the food won’t help anything and it will in fact only make me feel worse after. But I just feel like I need a blowout. Just something good in my life no matter how small.

    Under: Yes – I was over on them but my exercise has covered it. I just wasn’t wearing my fitbit so it’s showing I’m still over but I know I burn roughly 400-500 calories in my PT session

    @13ecca4 we have all been there. Is there anything you can DO that you can consider "good" to get through this overwhelmed feeling? The best way to make healthy changes is to replace a bad habit with a new, good habit. If you are feeling overwhelmed and emotional, don't try to comfort with food knowing it wont help. Listen to a favorite song, or some hard rock that helps you refocus. Go for a walk outside. Call a friend. Post your feelings here. Try to find something you can consider good in your life to replace the old habit. You got this and we are here for you.🧡🧡
