    Comments: Finally got myself back on track after slipping a bit this weekend. Looking at the past two weeks, I think that I was really low on my fat macro and that led to some overeating. I'm trying to add some more healthy fats in the form of nuts, butters, and combinations of the two lol

    I'm keeping up with everyone, but I'm going to be pretty quiet for the next day or two. Really busy with work right now. Friday might have us back to normal after system upgrades.

    Calories way under (I ate ~2400, but had 2 full hours of cardio taekwondo so activity adjustment made for an insane deficit, almost 2000)
    Exercise yes, see above lol. Day 1 of CardioKICKS and Day 3 of TKD - not great planning on my part to be on same day, but 90 minute break between seems to be enough.

    Goals: water. Ugh.
