    πŸ’ŸComments: I’ve been meaning to go to a spin class for ages now but haven’t got round to it. So today I bought a decent spin bike to use at home. I done 30 mins on it tonight and my plan is to get at least 30 mins in every day to start with 😊I’ve got no excuses to not exercise now!

    So just in case inquiring minds want to know all about what is the intermittent fasting that has been mentioned constantly in this group over the past few months, below are a few more details: (I've been doing this for the past 30 days with my new eating plan and the results are amazing. I still have a long way to go but we each have to find what works for us so I combine my eating plan with the 16:8 fasting plan)
