    🗯Comments: Well this morning I got a nice surprise when I weighed myself...I’ve lost another pound and I’m officially in the 150s (159lbs to be exact) I was just thinking this morning that I was that person who thought they “couldn’t lose weight” and here I am having lost 25lbs in a couple of months, just by making a few small changes ☺️

    Way to go small changes make the difference

    so proud I did 7 minutes more than Sunday didn't hit 30 minutes like my PT wanted but did 15minutes with the push of my aide doing 6 laps instead of 3 and my pace picked up cause after 3 minutes I was only at 7 minutes compare to the 9 minutes on Sunday when I did only 3 laps. plus instead on stopping and resting every lap I was able to stop after 2 laps so I working it💪🏽💪🏽😃😃 (fyi I do not count the return lap)

    Went to the gym :
    5 mins bike up to level 6
    X trainer 5 mins level 10
    Shoulder press. 3 x 15 @ 20 lbs
    Rower 5 mins
    Lat pull 55lbs x 3 x15
    Sit ups x 3 x 15
    Seated row x 3 x 15 @ 30lbs
    Then cool down x 5 mins bike

    I was so busy today, that I didnt have lunch... but I drank so much water, that I didnt feel all that hungry.
    However, once I was heading home, I knew I would want snacks, so I got the popcorn. Haha

    It all worked out though!! Still hoping for at least a minor loss tomorrow..... even a 0.1!

    Had to work to get my steps in today. I usually walk about 2.5 miles at lunch but went to lunch with a friend today .....so I took several mini walk breaks during the afternoon and after work.

    @tinak33 I sometimes miss popcorn, gave that up like 2 years ago, was one of my favorite "foods"....but it's not a keto food and I love keto more so...

    Hi guys! Back from vacation and ready to get back to it. For the last week, I have not tracked. I know I over did it on calories and no exercise. The day we left, my daughter started with the flu. I spent 5 days confined to a camper with a sick child and nothing to do other than play board games, read, and eat out of boredom. Looking forward to my normal routine again and finally being able to start working out. I know I will have a gain this week, but am not discouraged. Now to catch up on all of these posts I've missed! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!

    Love my popcorn. I usually get the skinny pop in the 100 calories bags.

    It’s been so nice here I’ve been taking my jogs to a bear by lake these last few days instead of just jogging around the neighborhood. It’s been a great mood lifter for me to have this change of scenery.
