Well now I'm mad! I am determined to never see the 340's again! I took my anger out on ensuring that I exercised everyday this week. Although I am not into sports and don't understand the whole baseball thing, I LOVE the daily accountability it offers! All I know is that I WILL have a weight loss by next Saturday! So that's one thing I'm going to continue doing differently from before. The other thing is that I am going to get back to my intermittent fasting. When I did it a month or two ago, it worked for me. The key is CONSISTENCY. I refuse to go back to the old, lethargic, complacent me! The struggle is real but NOT insurmountable. Not only can I do this, but you all are proof that it can be done too! Thanks for being there.
Great attitude! It is so good seeing your exercise increasing and your accountability every day. As you say, now the eating side needs some tweaking - and IF works well for a lot of people. YOU'VE GOT THIS - it will be a long road, but this team will be around for a long time too, and having you as one of our success stories will be fabulous!0 -

Had to take it easy I started with a bad cough and it is effecting my breathing. I have to fight it because I have an MRI next Saturday, and I cannot miss that.

@evangsimmons170 ....steps for 4/21/19 through 4/27/19...@jugar, does it help to see my steps this way instead? I'll still post daily, but at least you wouldn't get confused about the minutes thing. The minutes would only show up on my exercise pic. By the way, not formal exercise today (4/27/19). I spent over 3 hours driving today. Then chores and grocery shopping when I got home. I'm tired and headed for bed.

Have a great sleep! I do not really need the list of just steps at the end of the week, since I log them every day when you post them. I really need the minutes too, for as long as we're doing the baseball game. Thanks!1 -

I have just calculated my BMI and my loss this week has taken me out of the 'obese' range and into 'overweight'! I'm very excited as I have not been in that category for a very long time!5

Sunday Baseball I did walking as we ran errands and shopped - I did 36 minutes walking (I most likely will not do anymore today, but will log steps tonight or tomorrow morning.1
