    Sorry...have been barely keeping up with things. Crazy week around here. My mom is going home from rehab on Monday (finally) so there has been a lot on cleaning and shopping. Picking up some equipment to help her till shes a 100 %. Just tough keeping up. Next week hoping to participate a bit more!!!

    No exercise to report for 4/27/19. I had already hit my goal of exercising 6 out of 6 days this week, so I decided to rest instead.

    Sunday I walked for 1 hour 1 minute and steps steps were not enough to log for baseball (under 6,000).

    Steps 4/28~ 5,540. 12min walk didnt do much was feeling sick, still am today but will try to get more.

    MONDAY already. How the heck did that happen?
    I spent a big part of yesterday driving, and I'm down in the USA for a week hanging out with my old happypappy. My stepmom needed a week off B) I'll get lots of dog walking in, and will do my workout videos and help get next month set up.

    Last week of Baseball, oh team of awesomeness! Last week we got 93 runs. WOW and CONGRATS all around!

    Monday baseball 4/29 - walking for 1 hour , I also did cleaning and vacuuming for 1 hour 6 minutes (I don't know if this will count as a workout)? If not it all good because got an hour of walking in.
