I’m at my parent’s house for the weekend and our days are usually filled with lots of sugar, alcohol and fatty foods like pizza so I really have to make a conscious effort not to overdo it.1 -

We had a good day in London yesterday and did loads of walking. Didn't do too badly with food choices (no chips or dessert!), but did eat some bread and had some wine. I'm OK with that!
Goals for today - swim 50 lengths and not eat biscuits or cake when visiting the in-laws.1 -
As a whole we lost 32.3 LBS or 0.13% !!
