I’m managing to keep to healthy eating while it’s winter. I’m doing good with water drinking also. I reduced my phone screen time from 2 hours a day to a current 1 hour and 15 minutes per day average and it’s the reason why I have not checked in here so much. It’s also important because less screen time means more active time!1 -

Got your weight logged. Nice and steady weight loss is good and easier to maintain for longer. You are doing great, keep up the good work. Reducing screen time is a good way to get more active, I know first hand that these chat rooms can take up a lot of time and it usually means less time to be active. Kudos to you for keeping on track with your weight loss!!0 -

HORSERADISH WHITE CHEDDAR, MED. CHEDDAR AND SPECIAL TODAY SMOKED PEPPER JACK ALL GRATED ALONG WITH MONTY JACK FOR A 4 CHEESE BLEND FOR SALADS AND A LITTLE SOMETHIN SOMETHIN TO TICKLE MY TASTE BUDS.... FOR MY LOVELY WIFE ... Aww you made me want to check in Greg even though I already weighed in this week. I’m struggling with my scale and the very up/down in the mid to upper 320’s over the last few weeks. Some of it was all my fault due to a two day I’m making that scale move one way or another binge, and some of it only Gd knows what’s going on.
A couple of days ago though I had an epiphany and decided that if the scale wasn’t going to move that I would. I’m happy to say that over the last few days I’ve been hitting and beating my 3k a day steps with little issue and will try to either up the count or add in exercise next month depending on the weather and my health. I figure that eventually the scale will be forced to show any weight loss and I just have to stay on track.5 -
Good evening!
Today I went to Toronto to see the lion king Broadway show. It was amazing!
I knew it would be a bad day for calories and I wasn’t wrong. I doubled my calorie intake. Ouch. The chips tonight were wholly unnecessary. This was a one time thing and I won’t repeat today’s eating for a long time. It’s just not worth it.
I hope you’ve had a great Saturday, whatever you got up to. Back to good eating for me tomorrow. I took the evening off my cycle for cancer challenge because I missed a step today at a restaurant and landed badly on my foot. It’s pretty sore tonight so I’m going to lay off the bike for one day. I’m well on my way to hitting my kilometre goal so I’m not worried.

Was traveling to Milwaukee on Thursday and Friday and didn't do very good with my food. AND I didn't even have cheese curds! Guess I'll try them on my next trip.
Had WAY too many tortilla chips yesterday....I ordered them with a friend and neither of us needed them . UGH.
Today will be better. I've made my daily goal of 10,000 steps so happy about that. I work a desk job and some nights I've found myself walking around the neighborhood at 10 pm to get them in....much happier when I do more walking during the day.

But I’m not too discouraged because earlier in the week it was 161. So, I’m making small progress as the days pass. I have been working out a lot. And I dont buy snacks for my apartment other than almonds. If it’s not here, I wont eat it. My philosophy with alcohol and junk food. I have every kind of Bubbly seltzer flavor and even root beer for a treat.
