    I was late to an appointment once and they weren’t able to color it eek! And spayed that stuff on , so helpful, it stays on until you wash it out, then you don’t have to be a recluse while the greys come in🙂

    Hard day at work on my feet non stop was trying to eat my allowance through a 12hr window 8-8 (actually started at 9) which has been achieved yeah a little win going to try to keep at this which I am able to do with the shifts I am on (really some customers get on your nerves with the way they talk to you like your stupid!).

    Really motivational stuff reading through some posts this week.

    It was my first week back st work after maternity leave and it’s been a really tough one where I’ve grabbed lots on the go and have binged later at night. I need to adjust to the new normal and back into prepping and more of a structure which isn’t the way I’ve been operating for the last 9 months 🙈
    Also stepped on the scales this morning for the first time since my phone broke and I hadn’t been posting here. Up to 222 which is a 10lb gain so going to work away on that until I can join back in properly for July.

    2) Stop eating after 8pm.Did this one well to my surprise; only on one day did I eat past 8; @erikNJ props to you for being able to successfully intermittent fast, it has been my secret daily goal and it is super difficult to accomplish!

    2nd weigh in:- 167 :'( I could cry I havent budged and im trying so hard I think my metabolism has gone into hibernation. You would think that with the amount of walking I do I should see something but how true this is but I have bewn told that muscle tone can add weight...thought I had little win (silly really) I was able to wear a bra comfortably I havent worn in a while..sorry if I embarress anyone :blush:

    Anyway food was logged,water logged,excercise step count logged

    Mini goals:- to fit in 2 thirty min workouts through the week (or at least 10min)

    Grrr. I STILL hit that darn "done" button!

    @HASWLRS and @erikNJ thanks for cheering me on. I was hoping to feel happier but honestly it might just be the weather here. It has rained almost every day for about a month and today we struggled to get to 63°. Our normal high is 76 today.

    My plan for this week is to continue to log everything I eat, move to the next week of my run training (wk 8 of 12), and to add in some weight training.

    I am making a lot of goals for myself this week. Some are things I already do, but it's good to write them down!
    Goals for this week:
    • Gym M,T,W,F,S(work days)
    • Complete 50 burpees for the week for GOT challenge(10/50 complete)
    • 90 minutes strength/ 60 minutes flex goal for week
    • 45 minute elliptical sessions instead of 35 3x this week
    • 64oz Water daily(minimum)
    • Bedtime by 9:15 all nights but Wednesday and Saturday nights.
    • Pre-Pack gym bag and lunch each day this week.
    • 10,000 daily step goal except for Sundays (I need to get better with this on my days off!)

    So a recount of last weeks goals. I made most of them but a couple I definitely didnt do. (sleep issue is one I have to rethink with my wife mom daughter hat I wear... may put that on hold or revise for the next week) I definitely want to be more definitive on my water intake as I did get more but not nearly enough or where I should be which I think when i reach that will help me with weight loss. Will post this weeks goals soon.

    Goals for the past week:
    *Continue on the c25k process with wk1 day 3 ✔, wk2 day1 ✔and maybe wk2 day2
    * 🚫gym at least 2 days and weights at home if needed to make 4 days of lifting. Tues h ✔
