I am looking for a group that is starting in July, hoping to motivate others! I am doing C25k on the treadmill.

    I'll be just about finished by July but am happy to cheer you on. C25K did way more than I ever dreamed it would, I now feel like a runner and would love to support someone else getting there too!

    I'm ready to start in July too! I ran very regularly when I was younger but developed health problems, I've been dreaming getting into good running shape again :-) So here goes!

    I started on May 30 but I’ve really only been more consistent since June 17th. Today I finished W4/D1 and I’m really loving it. I’ll cheer you on!

    I previously completed C25K in 2015 after the birth of my 2nd ds and it helped me lose 52lbs. Fast forward to now and I have regained the 52lbs plus another ~20lbs and I plan to restart C25K in July too. Would be good if we had a group to keep us motivated :)

    Hi! I'm currently on WK3! I'd love to support the July 1 starters and could use the positive space as well.

    I was cleared to start running again by my physio, so I did W1D1 on the treadmill last night.... and it went ok. I will try again tomorrow as it feels ok today, and I have my last treatment in the morning. Probably do W2D1 and see how it feels but start back at W1 on Tuesday during lunch if the weather holds.

    I just started back after about 10 days off due to (another!) issue... took ibuprofen before, warmed up with a 30min walk home from work, went back to week 3 to ease myself in and iced my foot afterwards. So far so good!

    Glad your foot is better!

    Checking in for W1D1 today, are we feeling good about this? I have recently acquired Asics gel shoes, I have been walking for all of June as a build up and I am ready to stagger...

    Just realized that i packed everything I needed to run after work except my running shoes. :|

    I hate having to go home first. So hard to get back out the door!

    Restarted week 4 again today - lovely flat run round a local mere. Even saw some cygnets trailing after their mama 🙂 think we might repeat this week for a while before moving on.

    @Just_Ceci - how annoying!

    Well that was harder than I remembered, the app I am using is a little awkward though I am sure I will figure it out and it has been so long since I had a stitch it totally threw me. Stagger again on Wednesday.
