Today was a good day and I fasted for just over 19 hours. Tomorrow night we are going to dinner at the bosses house and I have no idea what will be on the menu. This will be one of those times when I will just have to eat what I'm given and deal with it. I do plan to fast as long as I can tomorrow and keep it to no carbs before the dinner to help balance out my new plan. I got this!!

A little surprised by such a big drop but I know exactly what I did to have a better week. Just need to repeat next week!3 -

Steps only, as I couldn't get on my app to log for a few days. I'm sure I'm fine. apart from Tuesday when i had to put my cat to sleep, so I had cider that day.
5th July - 9612
6th - 19547 - including lots of gardening.
7th - 11568 - gardening today too.
8th - 11030
9th - 6230
10th - 11957
11th - 12736
So didn't make goal twice, but hopefully made up for that.1 -

I have been on point with my eating, consistent with my workouts and logging food, my numbers say I should be losing, and yet......
So frustrating.

You are so right! Weight loss is a long game.
Is there any one thing you can do in advance this week, to make snack/carb decisions easier for your future self?
Just discipline and self-control really It's so much easier to snack and eat carbs bc they make brain happy lol

Food: all food logged, not really on plan, under on calories mostly but not consistently - and higher than where I need to be for really consistent losses
Water: not as much as needed, 4 today
Exercise: not getting the daily 30 min
Next Day Goals
Food: make choices that are good for me and less sodium!
Water: no less than 8!
Exercise: a bike ride and yard work
Goals or Improvements for tomorrow: drink more water, remember the good, be the good and encourage others on their journey
I'm losing the water slowly but the less than stellar choices are telling - and not enough exercise! This week coming will be better just to get back to some semblance of a routine!0 -
