So sorry team for moving in the wrong direction (again). I'm having trouble staying on track.
Seeing how focused some people here are and how well some are doing managing challenges certainly gives me motivation! Thank you all! I have no reason not to be staying on track.
I did do a 50 km bike ride yesterday but stopped for a yummy cookie and ate way over for dinner . . . .2 -

• Elliptical: 2 days 35min, 3 days 45+ minutes(MTWFS) S✔ M✔ T✔ W✔ T❌ F✔
• 64oz Water daily(minimum) S✔ M✔ T✔ W✔ T✔ F✔
• Bedtime by 9:15 all nights but Wednesday and Saturday nights. Sat ✔ S✔ M✔ T✔ W❌ T✔
• Pre-Pack gym bag and lunch each day this week. S✔ M✔ T✔ W❌ T✔ F✔
• 10,000 daily step goal except for Sundays (I need to get better with this on my days off!) S(24,090)✔ M(15,495)✔ T(18,196)✔ W(18,463)✔ T(3,000)❌ F(15,187)✔
Yesterday was an ok day, but my back was killing me. I am skipping the gym today(Saturday) because it is still bothering me. I haven't had a chance to read through the posts, but am going to try to, tonight.

Tracked .. no and not the best choices but when I chose badly at least I split the foods so I didnt eat it all myself. 🤔😂🤷♀️ Last family meal of vacation and we splurged.
