@AB0215 Thank you so much for the info. I was trying to handle it but I am failing miserably. On a positive note, I am still hitting the gym 5 days a week and that is keeping some of the weight off.0

Fighting water weight again thanks to some medicine and being a bit ill all week. Averaged 14,550 steps a day the last 7 days. Hiked a few miles on Saturday, got my 7 mile run in on Sunday. Taking it a bit easy this week so far as my Spartan Race is on Saturday. This might be harder than a half marathon, I'm so not ready for it. And the stress this week has been ridiculous, I need some kind of break.1 -
Cheer squad weigh in
(although I have been a bit MIA and not a great cheerleader.... I am very proud of everyone in this group, whether you have lost weight or not. The fact that you are here makes you a winner!)
I think my last weigh in was 7/4.....?

Exercise: No....it was a rest day plus my 2-year old was sick. So Mommy duties it was.
Goals/Day/Comments: mommy duties to make sure my baby was okay. I didn’t fill any rings for my activity at all! But I did manage to stay under my calories by like 145, so there’s a positive.2 -

☑️Exercise: none today
Comments: still under the weather plus managed to trap a nerve in my neck or back somewhere overnight and can't move my head without being in agony. So still in a bit of a foul mood and wasn't able to do much today 😕 but normally this would drive me to overeat or go off track, and it hasn't so that's a positive!

Today I bought my very first pair of size UK 10 jeans and they fit comfortably! Before losing weight, I was a size UK 14 in jeans and after giving birth 8 months ago I couldn’t even fit into a 14...they barely went past my knees! I still have 8lbs to lose until I reach my next (and hopefully final) goal. Here’s a couple of photos of me in the jeans I thought I’d never fit into again! (Excuse the hair, i look like I’ve been dragged through a bush but I’d just taken my bobble out 😆)

Track: Yes
Calories: No, but close.
Exercise: Yes, dancing 40 min.
Very yummy donuts at work this afternoon. Couldn't resist one. Also sampled caramel whiskey - not at work, of course! Not to mention cheesy potatoes in the cafeteria. Any one of these items would've put me under my calorie goal. Oh well, eating all of this inspired me to exercise more than normal.
Yesterday I did very well, eating mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, which are so good in the summer, and kidney beans. Ended up with calorie count of 700 less than my goal!2 -

Comments: Daughter's very last day at nursery today 😭 she's starting school in September...so grown up!! We went on a last minute playdate with good friends and lost time there and was still at theirs by 9pm! I was too over hungry and scarfed what was available (pizza). I did track it but was over.
