    Lol, I love @NovusDies's data addiction.

    For today:
    • Complete Couch to 5k Week 1 Day 2 (done!)
    • 10k+ steps (should be easy, I have 6k in as of 9:15am)
    • Under 2000 calories
    • More Beat Saber after work!

    My goal today was to not give in to the stressful work day by cracking open the wine (or vodka). I'm chuffed to report that I succeeded, and despite having Hotel Chocolat for breakfast I came in under goal too.
    For me that's real progress, I managed to keep myself so busy I didn't have any opportunity to be naughty.

    Today went well!
    C25k W1D2 complete
    11,000 steps
    1921 calories consumed
    Spent an hour playing Beat Saber

    My goals for tomorrow (nearly midnight here) are:
    • go to the gym after work
    • have breakfast! (I usually skip after nightshift)
    • get to bed by 10:30am
    • drink 1L of plain water (and what ever other fluids aswell)

    I did pretty good with my goals today:)
    Stayed away from the goodies
    Drank lots of water
    Got on the treadmill and did a 20 minute walk.😊

    I got my bike back today! so the goal was to ride it, and see if I'm feeling up for a 13 mile ride tomorrow.

    I did 5.4 & 9.7 mile rides (15!!), so I'm thinking tomorrow I might do a long one. of course, it may rain so... we'll see!

    As I’ve said too many times, I’m recovering from surgery this summer. For most of this time, it’s been impossible to be active, but I’m starting to make real progress now. I’ve had two pretty active days in a row (hurray!) and need to rest more today. But I do plan on going for a walk today. I’m hoping I can do my whole 2.5 mile loop but I’ll be happy with any distance.

    Stay inside my 2000 calories...and get in at least 1000 calories of exercise

    My goal for today was to up my walking on the treadmill by 5 minutes and stay away from all the baked goodies in Camp👍. Mission accomplished!😊

    My major goal today was to complete W1D3 of the Couch to 5k program, and I did that this morning :)

    Also got my bike flat fixed... looking forward to taking a ride tomorrow morning. I'm planning to alternate days with running.

    Log my food accurately, stay under 3k
    Take the dogs for a walk
    Do some meal prep for this week

    It will be another rubbish day at work today (accounting year end and I'm surrounded by idiots) so my goal is to stay on track with food. I won't have time to exercise as it's going to be a long day.

    For today:
    • Morning cardio - bike ride (done! 6 mile ride this morning)
    • 7k+ steps (lower on bike days, as that doesn't count as "steps")
    • <2000 calories
    • Beat Saber or some other VR game after work (gaming while standing up and moving is much better than sitting down playing games/watching tv)

    I was resting up with my neck injury over the weekend so didn't aim to do to much, just maintain, which it seems I did.

    Today's goals (Mon 12th Aug):

    > 5000 Steps (Already up to 9181 so that's at least one tick)
    > Active Rest Day (Yoga & Walking)
    > Stick to food plan
    > Accurate Logging

    A big tick against the lot. Just about to do the yoga then I am off to bed.

    > Make sensible choice when eating out
    > Get to bed at a reasonable hour

    Upping the step goal to 15k, shooting for 20 minutes on the elliptical at gym as part if that 15k.
    Stay on track as far as logging and calories
    Try to get 7 hours of sleep
