The journey of losing weight and making healthier choices really stems within us! I decided to help replace negative self talk to create a gratitude/thanks journal. One of my goals this week is to dedicate ten minutes in my new gratitude π journal. I want to think outside of the box and focus on what may drive me to make poor choices that donβt align with my overall goal.

SALLY I DO NOT KNOW HOW YOU KNEW HOW MUCH I NEEDED THIS ...... GANG IT HAS BEEN A CHALLENGING FOR ME THIS PAST WEEK. I HAVE STEPPED AWAY FROM THE SPREADSHEETS AS A MOD AND I AM GOING TO KEEP RECRUITING AND RUNNING THE MODS WEEKLY CHALLENGE.... I HAVE ADHD AND DYSLEXIA AND HAVE HAD THOSE SINCE I WAS YOUNG LAD. YES I TAKE MEDS FOR THEM BOTH, BUT TRYING TO FIGURE OUT THOSE SPREADSHEETS WAS A CHALLENGE I DID NOT NEED.

Friday, August 9--21,170. This is an all time since I've been wearing this Fitbit--April 23!
I walked a ton during the day (kind of by mistake since I couldn't find my car in the parking garage ) and then on a four mile "midnight hike" (hosted by a Meet Up group the first Friday of the month when the moon is full) and gotta admit I was pretty pooped. I got up for an 8:30 a.m. yoga class and was pretty pleased with my dedication

8/10 - exercise goal met; 7612 steps; migraine over, carried on Saturday plans as scheduled
8/11 - exercise goal met (church-wide hike) grocery shopping done, laundry caught up from migraine; 16649 steps
Sorry I disappeared for the last half of the week. There's a problem with the lights in my new office and they triggered a nasty migraine.0 -

2. Move his sister back to college
3. Go to the TN Aquarium while we're in Chattanooga
