    @mram3582, thank you, but I am really struggling.Two years it was easier for me to lose 50 lbs . It is so much more difficult to lose my last 25lbs. :s

    Water was way low to low need take some along. Got in 7 cups only

    @12774 Have you updated your goals recently? I updated mine and mfp took away like 200 calories....I'm still trying to get use to it because that was a lot all at once....I was pretty hangry!
