    Weekly weigh in (Friday)

    Pw: 79.1 kg (174.4 lbs)
    Cw: 79.2 kg (174.6 lbs)

Well well. My plan to fix this: daily posts for next week and strict adherence to calorie-limit. Exercise is never a problem so I'll run very tight ship with my food now (sorry dietician- she wants me to relax and I know she is right but... this is going into the wrong direction. So: trial-week!)

Another boost: a colleague is joining me in the weight-loss-journey, so I will have some more pressure(/accountability) in my daily life as well

    Goals/Day/Comments:
Still walking/jogging a mile and then jumping in my pool to swim 100 nonstop laps.

It is very effective at reducing weight....but, have to schedule it.

I do it before dinner.....because, swimming makes me hungry and well.....I am not eating after 9. The whole thing takes 2 hours. (Run/swim/bathe/eat)

I take my fur baby in her jogging stroller.....and, she loves it so much!

I don’t know why we ever stopped! Oh, yea.....that job that had me working 50-60 hours a week....6 days a week. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My Fitbit Steps were off the chart! 10,000+ daily. 💯❗️

I start work again next month.

So, another round of Fitbit Addiction! Nothing makes me happier than when my Fitbit vibrates at 10,000 Steps!

    Anyone addicted to their Fitbit???

YAAAAAAAYYYYYYY!! :) I'm also amazed! :o I'm finally off that plateau! It took some work and focus and adhering to better food choices. In this past week, I've eaten out 4 times, so my at-home food choices all had to be wise.

@Starshine15 Yay for you! Look at that loss! You stomped it dead, set it on fire, and dropped it in a hole somewhere!
    @debbie14892 Not a gain!
@Suezq72760 More than 1 person has been tripped up by some tacos and margaritas...just sayin'!
@plummerbecky1 I'm so sorry about your kitty. I have a hard time thinking about saying goodbye to my 19 yr. old kitty one day. Onederland will arrive for you soon! Drink up!
@MamboRumba @TypingToaster @empire5 Excellent day for the lot of you! Keep it up!
@spinnerkind I'm glad that you found a weight loss buddy! It is so much better when you have a good support team....and someone that can drag you back kicking and screaming! ;)

Well, I just got my motivation back! High school reunion-meh, nope. High school BAND reunion....OH HELL YA! WHERE DO I SIGN UP??!! So, I am thinking that they are just going to put us on the sideline and let us play a little...nope....we get to do the ENTIRE halftime show....here is the music for you to memorize and the coordinates....practice up old foggies! It is ALL the alumni for the past 50 years...Band of Blue 50th celebration. So...there are people that graduated high school in 1969 marching an actual show (not just grid formation). Sorry, I'm NOT running bleachers any time soon though :D

Me! After losing my original one that I'd had for years I decided to upgrade to a Fitbit Versa last month. It's so good. Not sure how accurate the HR monitors are on them but it's very motivating to see how many calories you burn during exercise.
I've upped my daily step goal to 18000 recently as this is achievable during the week (I'm on my feet all day at work) but I slack off on the weekends.

Exercise todays a little confusing for me because yesterday at rehab they told me i couldnt count warm ups or cool downs
So with out 20 min for 2 ×a day would be 30 min total
Exercised after breakfast an lunch as required

Less the 10 min each time.
