Normally, I am doing my ‘Steps’ at 0500. It is so hot and muggy and I am dripping in sweat.
All the sprinklers are going off at this time.
Here is me. Jogging on people’s yard running through all the Sprinklers! I am having so much fun in the dark! 🤸♀️💕💫
Today was normal hours I did 5,000 Steps. Plan to complete 45,000 this week.
Yea! For the weekend completed 34,000 Steps)
Fitbit addiction.....yayyyyy!
Now, I kinda want one of those plastic jogging suits to sweat it out. 💯

I did not post my weigh in yesterday because honestly I have been going thru some financial hardships which just brings anxiety and overeating with it. I have tried so hard to stay focused but its just an up and down rollercoaster. I am thankful that I dropped some weight this week and I will try to get it together for the rest of the month.2 -

I'll be gone for the weekend (leaving tonight, returning on Monday) and won't have access to a scale. So I thought I'd rather post a day early than miss a week!
Also, I'm very happy with the loss. It has been consistent for a few days (77 in front since Monday) so I'm pretty sure it's real. Whoopwhoop!
Magic recipe: exercise as usual and be stricter with the calories (not eating less but actually sticking to my goal)
