 Used Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil to recover faster from my workouts.
 This increased my productivity level in all my workouts, because it alleviated all post-workout soreness. Mental clarity and calmness was achieved.
 I also cut back on excess sodium and fat by changing my cooking methods.
 Cooked soft boiled eggs instead of omelets. Eggs already have fat.
 Instead of sautΓ©ing veggies.........I added them to this delicious soup I made this week.
 I ate Avocado with my soup which is fat.
 Due to these tweaks....my weight loss increased. ππ»ππ§ββοΈ2

            On my week 2 weigh in I mentioned that my reward to get below 100kg would be to go to a hairsalon.
 I did see 99,8kg on the scale the past week, so I thought I post the before and after here

 Normally, I am doing my βStepsβ at 0500. It is so hot and muggy and I am dripping in sweat.
 All the sprinklers are going off at this time.
 Here is me. Jogging on peopleβs yard running through all the Sprinklers! I am having so much fun in the dark! π€ΈββοΈππ«
 Today was normal hours I did 5,000 Steps. Plan to complete 45,000 this week.
 Yea! For the weekend completed 34,000 Steps)
 Fitbit addiction.....yayyyyy!
 Now, I kinda want one of those plastic jogging suits to sweat it out. π―

 Sigh...I really was hopeful this would be the week that I finally reached 185.x. when iI and in the mirror it looks like I've lost weight despite the lack of the scale moving. Oh well keep on pressing.1

 I did not post my weigh in yesterday because honestly I have been going thru some financial hardships which just brings anxiety and overeating with it. I have tried so hard to stay focused but its just an up and down rollercoaster. I am thankful that I dropped some weight this week and I will try to get it together for the rest of the month.2

 I'll be gone for the weekend (leaving tonight, returning on Monday) and won't have access to a scale. So I thought I'd rather post a day early than miss a week!
 Also, I'm very happy with the loss. It has been consistent for a few days (77 in front since Monday) so I'm pretty sure it's real. Whoopwhoop!
 Magic recipe: exercise as usual and be stricter with the calories (not eating less but actually sticking to my goal)
