I am having such a hard time staying motivated to eat well. I seem to do OK in the beginning of the week and then by the weekend I'm eating more and drinking more and then blow my weigh in on Monday. Hoping to kick it into gear one of these weeks.

Checking in for today. It went to heck in a handbasket at work today because my immediate supervisor yelled at me for asking her immediate supervisor a question while she wasn't in the building.
By heck in a handbasket I mean my husband told me to quit if it isn't resolved to my satisfaction. I meet with my actual department director at 8 am tomorrow. I will let you know if I still have a job when it's over.
Who encourages me? Obviously, my husband but I don't have a photo of him on my new phone.2 -

My wife encourages me daily. She does not want me to go back to the "Other Dr. Wilson" as my patients call him.
MFP and my WONDERFUL Workout Warriors have also been instrumental in my success. I may not post everyday, but I try to read the posts and I realize there are others just like me, who have the same struggles and hopefully the same successes. I have been able to stay at this weight for 2 years! Statistics say that 95% of us will not maintain. That means that 5% of us will. I plan for me to be among that 5%. What about you? There is no way I would have been able to do it without the information and support I have received here. Have a GREAT DAY!!!
