Im back! I see I'm going to have to force my way back to health I've sat around long enough my goal this week is to exercise at least three times get my water in and login everyday my ultimate goal is to lose 5 lbs by the end of the month I can do this!

TODAY MY ONE SINGLE GOAL IN ADDITION TO THE OTHERS IS TO GET MY TREADMILL DECK BELT REPLACED AND GET BACK TO THE C25K.... I AM GOING TO ALSO START BACK ON MY COMBAT WALK RUN WALK ON THE OFF DAY TO THE C25K. TO BOOT I AM GOING TO INCLUDE SOME STRENGTH TRAINING ON THE MIGHT BOFLEX AND SOME LESLIE SANSONE. AS SOON AS FIND OUT IF KAISER IN ALL OF THEIR INFINITE WISDOM APPROVE MY THERAPY FOR MY FOOT AND LEG...ONCE THAT BEGINS I WILL THEN DO 2 DAYS A WEEK OF AQUA PT AND TAKE THE COMBAT RUN SWIM RUN TO THE POOL AT MY LOCAL LA FITNESS. I WILL START WITH A 1/2 MILE RUN/WALK AND SWIM/WALK 2COMPLETE LAPS OF THE POOL THEN ANOTHER 1/2 MILE RUN/WALK.
THIS IS THE ACCEPTABLE SENIOR PLAN ACCORDING TO MY THERAPISTS. I AM NOT THE MAN OF STEEL ANYMORE SO I GOTTA SMARTER NOT HARDER YET ACCOMPLISH MY GOALS.
WELL THAT'S THE PLAN ANYWAY..... WE WILL SEE HOW IT GOES....HAVE A FANTASTIC MONDAY3 -

Hi Everyone, Welcome to Friday!
This weekend should be interesting... For those of you that do not know, several weeks back I was walking down an incredible flight of stairs and at the bottom, I felt a pop in my knee followed by severe pain... The ortho clinic say's it is my knee cap - bone on bone and ordered Physical Therapy. I did not agree and felt it was something more severe, after all, I am the one who can feel where it hurts and it is not the knee cap...
Physical Therapy listened to me objectively and then did a very thorough exam on my knee. They are 90% positive I have torn my meniscus and also do not concur with the ortho clinic. I have been through two PT appointments now and the leg is in constant and severe pain, locks and then pops with an intense increase in pain... NOT FUN! Now I am in the process of trying to force the ortho clinic to go the next step and order an MRI to r/o meniscal tear.
On the up side, I lost 3 pounds this week even though I can barely walk...
Will update more later. Have a great weekend and keep up all the good work...

Steve, I hope they can get you in for an MIR as soon as possible.... I can't believe that the doctors didn't order one before sending you to PT. I hope you can recover well and fast...best to you.
