Exercise - not today, but I did walk quite a bit at work so that should count for something!

    Track: Yes
Calories: Maybe. I did eat celebratory sugar free ice cream and eat a bit more however...it was controlled.
Exercise: Yes, 60 mins walking, 90 mins weight training......Hit my previous Snatch record, and made a new Clean and Jerk PR, super happy.

Comments: Good day, I did intentionally eat ice cream (Keto/protein ice cream) and ate about 100 calories more than I was really intending to, however it was controlled and somewhat planned and it was additional protein after my peak day of my training cycle, so I'm not unhappy about it and it will be fine since it was a heavy day and I burned more calories.

I've been pushing myself too hard this week. I'm supposed to be decreasing my activity before the half but I'm so afraid of losing strength if I do that. My son was really sick yesterday. Fever and all. Last night I went to bed with a tight and achy chest. I figured it was from the stress of worrying about him. But it's still there this morning. And I feel like I have bugs eating the inside of my stomach. I'm supposed to run 5 miles today but I'm thinking I will probably take a rest day. My race is in 5 days, I can't get sick now!!

On an up note, I finally reached the 130's again. I don't plan on loosing weight next week however because I am giving myself a feast day on Thursday after my race. Even just one day will throw the scale up a few pounds but I'm in this for the long haul so to me, one day of feasting will have been hard earned.

@143tobe Had a great trainer at one point who said I was super strong and started showing me things we could learn since I pretty much had learned everything I could, and now I train exclusively for weight lifting and compete periodically.
