@mram3582 and Team Flab-U-Less. I've not been posting much because I've not been tracking consistently. Our house has been on the market for 2 weeks and my focus is on that. We've had 6 showings in that time and hopefully we'll get an offer soon. I've decided to take a little vacation from TBL challenge the rest of this month. I'll be back in November. I'm feeling the pressure of a March 2020 Grand Canyon hike -- ramped up my workouts to meet physical requirements. Didn't expect this weight loss though. Quite a surprise!3 -
